We emphasize a discrete professional and confidential manner when dealing with our patients.

We do not require your real name or your GP’s details. We will only need to contact your GP in extreme circumstances.

We are a separate individual clinic and will never share your test results with a third party unless you make a request in writing

You can assign a password to your conversations with us

We will never confirm to any outside party that you have attended our clinic

You can have your results sent to you by email, text message, post or collect in person. Whatever suits you best.
