CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhances department and organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements
- Accomplishes work requirements by creating and innovating web development projects
- Liaising with clients, PR agencies, graphic designers and developers face to face and remotely (different time zones)
- Overseeing coordinating and managing responsibilities amongst internal and external stakeholders
- Tasks/Projects completed on time and within budget
- Resource allocation and ensuring availability
- Reporting and escalation as needed
- Producing proposals for future projects
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Assessing risks that can occur within a project
- Ensuring quality standards are met
- Monitoring contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Understanding and identifying business requirements
- Understanding databases and maintaining them
- Coordinates program or project planning and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives
- Participates in project budget planning and development
- Establishes project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitors, reviews, and evaluates progress
- Coordinates and attends meetings; establishes and maintains internal and external contacts as necessary
- Provides advice to participants; serves as a liaison; acts as a resource person by performing research, analysing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports
- Monitors record keeping and file maintenance for the program or project
- Supervises other project staff; assigns tasks; sets priorities
- Prepares records of project activities; oversees and ensures the timely processing in and the delivery of required materials
- Verifies and analyses the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by project; resolves any discrepancies or problems
- Serves as liaison for department; coordinates activities and exchanges information
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Highly IT literate
- Proficient in excel (Intermediate to Advanced Standard)
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Basic to Intermediate Standard)
- HTML (Basic to Intermediate Standard)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Degree Level
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of office experience including project planning and implementation experience
